I felt that I have finally found someone I can talk to about my problems and be heard and not judged.   I saw Maria five times.   I learnt about triggers and situations and strategies to help me deal better with lifes  stresses.   I recommend Maria as a Counsellor and had a very positive experience at Lives Lived Well.
