"Excellent, compassionate, friendly care at Northam"

About: Northam Health Service / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My uncle was feeling really crook and well out of sorts after a long trip. He was unable to see a GP and had no option but to go to the Northam Hospital Emergency Department for help. The nursing staff Kim and Vicki, Doctor Paddy and Sharmaine the Liaison Officer were incredibly caring, compassionate, thoughtful and attentive. They provided my uncle with excellent, professional service and really allayed his concerns. He was able to leave the hospital knowing that he was ok. Thank you to all.

Update posted by Appreciative nephew (a relative)

Thank you for your prompt response Carolynne. The hospital contacted my uncle after he was discharged and invited him for further follow up the next morning. Their continuing diligence and willingness to support and follow him up to check on his well-being was incredible. They connected him to a local GP, where he has been able to get his scripts refilled. After a day of rest and excellent care from a great hospital team, he is able to continue on his journey.

Thank you again.
