(as the patient),

I have been a patient a few times in the Busselton Hospital. Each time I have been treated with respect and care. Each member of the staff has been only too glad to help.

The kitchen/food staff have also been able to help with my needs. My waiting times have been taken care of within 30 minutes. I have been in the hospital over Christmas Day 2017 and the staff were lovely and the Christmas lunch was very good.  

Please keep doing what you are doing and the smiles really help. In my case, I did not feel like just a number.
