(as the patient),

I fractured my L4  and was admitted to Maroondah Hospital ward 2 North .

I would like to thank and commend the staff for their on going care and empathy towards me. Being in a ward of 4 people I could hear the staff being tested many times, yet they remained pleasant at all times. From the manager Kylie to the doctors, especially Dr Sam who consistently chased up my results as he could see how upset I was. The nursing staff are amazing, Demi especially. Unfortunately I don't remember all the names, but from the time I was transferred to the ward they were so helpful and caring. I have been in hospitals before, but never have I been treated like this. Thank you to all the staff, you all do an amazing job.

Thank you for taking the time to share comments regarding your care at Maroondah Hospital 2 North. I am so pleased your experience was a positive one, however challenging with the behaviours of other patients.

Thank you also for making specific comments regarding Kylie, Dr Sam and the other staff regarding helpful and caring and doing an amazing job.
