"The Main Hospital Cafe"

I recently visited the cafe and was very unimpressed with the customer service. 

I saw the cafe was busy so I decided to get something quick that was already cooked and sitting in the warmer, a spinach quiche. Much to my disgust even though it was sitting right there I was told we will call your name when it's ready ... ready I thought to myself it's right there!

I waited ten minutes and thought this is a joke I don't have time for this, so I went and asked the girl at the front counter if she could please grab it for me as at this stage I wasn't going to have time to eat it. She replied we are really busy and the other girl would get it for me. I believe after abruptly telling me we get really busy and there is only one person on down this end of the counter, I thought to myself you have people wondering round here doing not much. The cafe wasn't busy, surely this would make more sense to give someone their food instead of making them wait especially when I could basically get it myself if the cabinet was locked.

Unfortunately logic has not prevailed on this occasion, and as a result of this incident and in my opinion, the rude staff member, I will not be returning again.
