(as a parent/guardian),

The staff (Louise - nurse) and Dr John & his team (Kate & Elisa) are amazing.

They understand how difficult it can be travelling the distance we do regularly & they have genuine care & concern for my child. 

They go out of their way to make the process as easy as possible & are professional, courteous & highly skilled.

Thank you for everything, you are not congratulated enough, not just for the level of care you provide, but the way in which you deliver it. 

I am so grateful that you guys are the team my child is involved with.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your recent experience at Sydney/Sydney Eye hospital with your child.

Travelling long distances for care must be difficult for you, so it is gratifying to see once you arrive, you and your child are well cared for by our highly professional staff.
