"Great care at Box Hill Hospital"

(as a parent/guardian),

My child needed emergency plastic surgery on their broken thumb. All of the staff - and I mean all of them -   from the receptionist and admission clerk, to the nurses, the anaesthetist, the surgeon, the paediatric ward staff and food services staff - were kind, compassionate, attentive and professional. My child felt at ease with what was going on and even shared a laugh with the team in the recovery area. Better still, his thumb is on the mend, so 'thumbs-up' to the Box Hill Hospital surgical team. Well done and keep up the great work!
