(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We joined the Woodport family one year ago, and cannot thank the staff enough for their care and help. Our loved one has received such individualised care.   Staff have shown great patience and care in many ways to help him feel settled and comfortable. Staff are attentive and always willing to help. They not only comfort him but also his extended family, which has been a true blessing to us. The Centre has a family atmosphere, it always feels light and airy, all rooms are spacious and have beautiful outlooks. Thank you to the staff at Woodport, we really appreciate you all.

I am really delighted to hear that the team work so hard and successfully to settle him as we know just how challenging any move can be.
