"Long time not heard from the Doctor!"

I got a eye problem and got a referral letter from my Family doctor;

I went to Sydney Eye Hospital;

The staff received my referral letter and gave me a copy; he told me a doctor will contact me after they review my case;

It is more than a month after I received a message from my Iphone, it said again someone will contact me.

It is one month past and nothing happen.

Would anyone tell me what happened?

I think my file may be lost in the hospital after they got it.
