(as a parent/guardian),

Following a rather traumatic first attempt at giving my child immunisations, we made a second attempt with success and the staff on both occasions were amazing! The second time around were two different nurses which I believe was a great idea to reduce some of the existing anxiety around seeing the same faces (albeit lovely faces) that my child associated with the needles. I can't speak highly enough of the nurses, and their patience.
