(as the patient),

I was booked in for the removal of my Implanon on a Thursday, I anxiously arrived and was greeted by the lovely ladies at the day surgery front counter. I was then seen to by P, a wonderful enrolled nurse , who looked after me until I was ready to head in for surgery. I would really like to thank from the bottom of my heart Dr Ben, Dr Dennis and their amazing medical team for the amazing care and work they did, I am extremely grateful and happy with the care I received .
