I had a great experience and the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear hospital. The staff treating me were fantastic, nurses and doctors all did a great job and made me feel very reassured.

I forgot to mention - I was in ward 4 and the nurses there were all doing such a great job. Extremely busy and they all had a smile on their face and took care with each patient.

As the Nurse Unit Manager, I am very proud of the staff within my department and the level of care they endeavour to provide to patients and carers despite the level of business endured.
