After a disastrous visit to Bunbury ED when I was told to leave upset and still in immense pain.
I presented at Global Diagnostics as I already had a referral for a steroid injection.
The admin staff were lovely but couldn’t get me an appointment for a week.
A couple of days later the same admin lady called me and offered me a cancellation, she remembered me and the immense pain I was in.
I am sincerely thankful to them
