"Brother is improving thanks to care received at Warren Hospital."

About: Warren Hospital

(as a carer),

Brother has a number of chronic medical conditions requiring Medical, Ambulatory Care and Nursing Staff services beginning in 2018 at Warren District Hospital. Brother has demonstrated some improvement with his mobility, mental and cognitive state since seen and great to see. Staff were very professional, friendly, accommodating thorough and specific.

Thank you for your feedback and it is great to hear your brother is improving. Good on you also for supporting him, I’m sure he appreciates your support.

The team at Warren Health Service are committed staff that love achieving positive outcomes for their patients. They will be thrilled to get this feedback which I will pass on. I hope your brother continues to improve.

If we can help in any way in the future to save him travelling long distances for specialist appointments, or link him in with Chronic Disease resources closer to home in the future (or for any of your friends or family) we also have telehealth services that can support the local community not have to travel out of the area.
