"Great nurses at Hospital in the Home service"

About: Eastern Health / Hospital in the Home (Eastern Health)

(as the patient),

I had a blood infection. I had a day nurse come and change the antibiotics. The other lady is a Diabetes Clinical Nurse Consultant, Ginena, and she’s very knowledgeable and caring and she knows what she’s doing. No complaints with manners, she’s always on time. It’s an excellent service that they have to keep running. I benefit greatly and so would others.

Dear virgodm79

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with the Eastern Health Hospital in the Home service. No-one likes to be receiving care and service, but to be able to do this in your own home is a real advantage.

It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with the Manager of this service so the efforts of the staff, including Ginena can be recognised (and provided to them directly!).

I hope you are recovering well and getting back to all your normal activities.
