In my opinion, the place is constantly understaffed and trying to get assistance is impossible. The carers always seemed stressed out or annoyed that you need their help. The food, say no more. I wouldn't give that slop to my dog let alone my family member. We pay a fortune for them to be there and I believe they're fed worse than prisoners.
