About: Box Hill Hospital

(as the patient),

Attended Orthopaedic appointment recently at Box Hill Outpatient. 

We talked about the exercise during consultation. I told the doctor that My Aged Care did not provided me with the exercise. I was concerned some of my tablets were causing fat deposit lumps on my face and chest. The doctor did not want to know about it. 

The doctor said to me, I am only a Orthopaedic surgeon, you need to see your GP. 

I replied, you are not Orthopaedic surgeon, you are a politician.  

The doctor quickly got up and screamed at me, said get out, get out.

I am very disappointed with the service. Doctor should be more compassion. 

I have been given a booklet but I couldn't find a phone number that I can ring and complain about the incident.
