(as a parent/guardian),

Erica, the Child Health Nurse at Carnarvon has been my family's guardian angel. In the past 4 months my family's life has been turned upside down with the recent diagnosis of my child. She has gone above and beyond with the care she has shown our family, helping in every way she can.  

Erica was the only one that listened when I knew something  was wrong. I don’t know where we would be without her .
