Recently I had to take my spouse up to emergency as they had a small accident at home with a very large piece of wood and their large toe. We were seen almost straight away by the triage nurse then sent around to the fast track area. Again not waiting too long we were the seen by a nurse/ practitioner by the name of Beth. She was amazing. My spouse is not normally the easiest patient but Beth had them eating out of her palm. It was her wonderful patient care and the ability to work with my spouse. Beth also has a light and colourful disposition. Thank you so much for your help. You are amazing at your job 😇
