"Poor attitude from manager"

I recently had a family member in the ICU in Orange and the nursing staff were wonderful and looked after my child beautifully, but I noticed the difference in the comfort level of the staff if the manager was around. I also heard the manager loudly berating and belittling another staff member outside my child's room one day and I feel that the staff were afraid of the manager and it appeared that none of the staff had any respect for this person as a manager, I found the manager's attitude to be very arrogant and rude, which is a shame because the nursing staff were all fantastic, it is a shame that the staff have to put up with, what I feel is, such a poor manager.
