Ash is a great nurse. I felt safe in her care. She was very attentive and caring. Explaining what was happening at all times. A great bedside manner.

My name is Kate and I am the Nurse Unit Manager of the Emergency Department. Thank you for taking the time to post this feedback. I hope you are feeling better.

It is really important to us that we provide a safe and caring environment for patients, and that we explain our care at every step. Ash sounds like she has got it right for you.
