The place is a joke. I feel it has the worst carers and not enough staff. I wouldn't leave my dog there. The place is meant to be able to cater for high care dementia patients, yet they leave my loved one with no food, soiled clothing etc. One night I found my loved one asleep on the floor near the kitchen and they told me they are unable to move them as it could be considered elder abuse!
