I would just like to say a very big thank-you to the staff at Meekatharra Hospital. I arrived in a great deal of discomfort and the nurses (Andre and Rachel) and doctor (Karen) correctly diagnosed my problem to be kidney stones and were very caring and thorough in their assessment and treatment of me. They treated me and admitted me to stay at the hospital overnight to manage my issue and I had the most considerate and friendly care I could imagine, above and beyond what I would have expected and in a small regional hospital. The staff there are definitely punching above their weight! I left with my kidney stone out and pain free and I was so impressed with the care and service I returned a few days later with chocolates for the staff!
