"Excellent and professional service"

About: Narrogin Health Service

(as a carer),

Following an umbilical hernia operation, my spouse experienced a significant infection at the operation site. Following visits to the emergency ward and subsequent admission to hospital, we were advised to present to the dressing clinic at the hospital.

This has been the best service, hugely impacting on my spouse's well being.

We dare not contemplate where things may have finished up without this service.

The staff were truly excellent and very professional. We cannot speak more highly of this aspect and thank you so much.

Dear Thankful recipient,

Thank you for sharing your appreciation with us on Patient Opinion.

Undergoing any type of surgery can be a new and potentially scary experience in itself, but to find out the operation site is infected adds an additional amount of anxiety to an already stressful time.

It was a pleasure to read of the excellent care and professionalism that you and your spouse received at Narrogin Health Service. Our staff are committed to providing high quality patient centred care and it was great to read the Dressing Clinic Team at Narrogin did exactly this. Your experience is an example of the great work our teams do every single day and I will take pride in passing on your kind words. I know they will truly appreciate it.

Thank you again for taking the time to write and hope your spouse is recovering well.

Best wishes

Sean
