"Placing both my parents at Colthup Manor"

We made initial enquiries and arranged a tour. Staff were welcoming and helpful. As we had both my parents, we discussed mum going first followed by dad after a few weeks. This also enabled them to be in nearby rooms and staff went out of their way to help us organise this. My parents were already in a Carinity property so that also helped. We were able to get a room quickly and mum moved in first. Dad is now there and we are very happy with the process. They are both settling in well. Administration staff were great in helping us negotiate the complexities of the financial issues.
