"Professional, courteous and empathetic staff during a time of anxiety"

About: Box Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I attended with Cellulitis to my knee - I'd never had anything like it before and I was quite anxious but from the moment I arrived in the Emergency Department I was immediately put at ease by the professional, courteous and empathetic staff!

A big thanks to Chris (triage), Paul (Nurse Practitioner) and Lauren (Fast track Nurse) for their amazing care.

Dear Trickyknee,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience in the Emergency Department at Box Hill Hospital. Attending hospital for any reason is not what people generally want, so I was so pleased to read how the staff supported you and clearly displayed the Eastern Health values!

It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback with the Emergency Department team but particularly with Chris, Paul and Lauren and their manager.

I trust the cellulitis is getting better and you're on the road to recovery! The Emergency Departments are always there for when you need them and I would like to commend the staff for the wonderful care and service they provide.
