Went in for an oculoplastic surgery recently. Went straight through to admission and everything went fabulous. The staff gave me quick attention and told me all the information I needed. There was one lovely nurse, Melody, who dealt with me immediately and she deserves great praise. She was efficient with asking me questions about my care. I then went into theatre around in the afternoon and came back out an hour later. The recovery staff were also excellent. I then went back downstairs to Melody who gave me her undivided attention.
The theatre nurses spoke beautifully and the ladies in recovery paid very good attention. They catered to my every need including getting me a blanket when I asked for it. The anaesthetist was also great. Overall I had a great experience and want to thank everyone for taking care of me.
Lastly, Diane from Sydney Eye Hospital also phoned and checked up on me which I am grateful for. I feel very lucky to receive such great service.
