Director of nursing was extremely helpful in explaining every thing to us, but that is where it stopped. I feel the rooms were tiny, no room for a small fridge or chair even and I feel facility smelt strongly of urine. The in-resident lounge room had a number of residents just slumped into chairs with no TV or music on. I feel that it is a most uninviting and depressing facility.
