Outstanding care at Esperance Community Health.

Firstly, the Parent Group sessions offered and held by Michelle have been extremely helpful. The sessions have been a great support in the early days of parenthood as well as meeting other new mums.

Breastfeeding nurse, Ali has been incredible towards me and, I've been told, other new mums. Her knowledge has been invaluable and it has been very much appreciated. 

I was having a difficult time feeding my baby and Ali spent a lot of time with me at no notice and we were back on the road to feeding properly afterward. I was able to borrow equipment to express breastmilk and she was available on mobile when I needed. 

We are so lucky to have this support and guidance.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us via Patient Opinion. I am so happy to hear that you found the New Parent Group sessions useful and will pass this on to not only Michelle but the teams that work on developing these programs.

I am also very glad to pass your compliment on to Ali about her support to you for breastfeeding. It’s wonderful to hear that things are on track.

The arrival of a baby is an exciting yet challenging time and our staff work hard to provide services and support to the community. It is wonderful to know it’s appreciated.
