"Highly recommend Lives Lived Well for anyone struggling with addiction"

I introduce myself as an alcoholic.  My journey to recovery started last year.  I recently moved to Toowoomba where I was hospitalised with a bleeding stomach ulcer.  My doctor referred me to a number of organisations (I had been attending AA meetings in Brisbane).

Lives Lived Well was definitely the right fit for me.  My road to recovery has been life changing with the help and support of Vicky from Lives Lived Well.  Vicky has taught me to cope and deal with the "triggers" and given me the tools to identify the root core belief I was holding about myself and my past. 

She has educated me to the point were I now see how I became an alcoholic and has taught me how to cope with relapses by standing in my own power and being aware of dangers, codependency issues and surrounding myself with people that act as a "scaffold" to support me in my quest to be alcoholic free.  You can't change what you don't acknowledge.... once  I released all judgement on myself I was able to move forward to the life I love...to my life being lived well.

I highly recommend anyone struggling with drug and/or alcoholism to go to Lives Lived Well.  It has changed my life from being a victim to walking a path of enlightenment and freedom from the chains of alcoholism.
