(as the patient),

I recently attended the Busselton Hospital for a gastroscopy. The attention I received from all staff was warm, friendly and highly efficient. I couldn't have had better treatment. I found the hospital to be well planned and the outlook through the wide windows in the area awaiting theatre was most welcome. I feel very lucky to have such a quality facility, expertly staffed in my country town.

I am glad your procedure in the day surgery unit was a pleasant experience as the staff strive to deliver the best care possible.

I appreciate your comments regarding the windows as we have endeavoured to have natural light whenever possible.

This does make people feel good (including the staff).

I have passed on your comments to all my staff and they were delighted.
