Dianella Cottage recently ran a six-week course called 'Wise Women' of which I was a part of, as part of on-going treatment at the cottage for substance abuse.

This was an incredibly powerful group course that covered a lot of ground in an extremely supportive environment, one that saw many women, including myself, begin nervously and unsure group work would necessarily be helpful, to coming away feeling part of a supportive community with real interest in helping facilitate change.
