In the beginning I wasn't keen to attend the 8 week course as I'd done one somewhere else quite some time ago, but this time I learned through the program some new exercises and how these can be incorporated in my daily activities as well as hearing from the speakers about how I can actually look after my heart.

Overall I know I benefitted greatly from these sessions, I'm a bit more mobile and with continued practice I hope to be more so.

The staff at Angliss Rehab were very much in tune with my needs and fulfilled their role in my rehab exceptionally well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program at Angliss Hospital.

The team there consistenly do an incredible job in supporting people to gain new knowledge and skills so we can all live healthier lives! It certainly sounds like this was your experience as well.

It will give me great pleasure to share your experience with the team and their manager so they see first hand the impact they have each and every day.
