My parent is in a room at the Bossley Park Opal Aged Care Facility with three other people. Two of the people are so noisy, particularly at night, that my parent can hardly sleep. Another one of my relatives is in another room at the same facility and can hardly sleep at night because a person in their room is so noisy.
We've suggested to the management to move the noisy people together and leave the quiet ones on their own, but nothing is being done.
This is not the right way to treat our aged people and they deserve better and to be treated like normal and be able to have a good sleep at night at least.
