About: Cowes Phillip Island Health Hub

(as the patient),

Rang the Health Hub in Cowes hoping to get an appointment with Michelle the Physio. She rang me to check what was happening and gave me advice on how to manage my pain. She also offered to see me just after her shift finished, but, knowing how busy she is I declined the very kind offer. Just having her ring and talk me through some strategies was very thoughtful and helpful. Thanks Michelle.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time when you have been in the wars, to pay tribute to Michelle. We agree - she is an excellent physio and a truly caring and compassionate person and I know she will be very chuffed that you have acknowledged her.

More importantly, I hope her strategies provided you with some relief - being in pain is very debilitating. Please don't hesitate to make contact with us if you need some treatment - we are here to help.
