(as the patient),

I attended the Royal Perth Hospital Emergency Department (ED) with concussion-like symptoms and noted these to the Triage Nurse.  She was amazing and extremely caring, she admitted me straight away.  She also escorted my partner in as there were a number of people around the ED waiting room. 

I was attended to within 10 minutes by a caring Junior Doctor who performed a number of tests to ensure that I was diagnosed correctly. She performed the tests with care and the tests were extremely comprehensive. She was very clear with her explanations and was confident in her diagnosis.

All the nurses I saw were amazing and friendly, which is amazing considering the patients around the ED.
