"Seeking information for my parent"

I sent an email message and received a call back a few days later. I was not able to take the call and a message was left for me to ring back. Life got busy and I never called back. I am disappointed there was not an email response to my query as this method was preferred by me as I am not often able to ring or receive calls during business hours due to my work commitments. I ended up contacting them direct a few months later and have been very happy with their direct communication with me.
