My auntie was in Bethel for just over 5 years. The care that she received was excellent. From the first visit she was treated with respect, care and compassion, the staff were very kind and caring.
The room was always kept clean and tidy by the staff, especially Lynette.
The catering was really good, it is very hard to accommodate for a lot of different nationalities.
Nursing staff were exceptional on Acacia Wing, including Hayley, Al, Emily, and Nada.
The Allied Health staff were excellent, they were so good with my auntie, with her daily massages and exercises.
The staff always listened to your concerns and always had time to answer any questions.
Towards the end of my auntie's life, all of the staff were very compassionate and caring. The palliative staff from The Northern Hospital were excellent always listened to my auntie and myself and explained everything about her care.
The lifestyle staff were great, they always had a variety of activities for the residents to attend.
Thank you to everybody at Bethel Aged Care for everything that you did for my beautiful auntie in the last years of her life.
