"Doctor treated another patient as me"

About: GPs in the Deakin Electoral District

(as the patient),

I booked an appointment at this Clinic. I arrived at the Centre 25 minutes before my appointment.

The doctor apparently called my name (which I believe they didn't - I was there) and another person jumped up and the doctor proceeded to treat them. I believe the doctor used my name for prescriptions etc.

15 minutes after my appointment time, I went to the receptionist to ask why I hadn't had my appointment yet. It was when the receptionist looked into it that they realised that I was still waiting and I believe the doctor had processed the other patient as me.

I was then seen by the doctor half an hour after my appointment time. During my appointment with the doctor, I felt that they had limited English (speaking and understanding). I do not believe that this doctor should be practicing on English patients due to the language barrier.
