"Our father and husbands care"

About: Fiona Stanley Hospital Warren Hospital

(as a relative),

As a family we recently experienced the most difficult time in our lives as our father and husband found out that the lymphoma he had been fighting for 15 months had beaten him.

He had been under the exceptional care of Dr Matthew at Fiona Stanley over this period and we will forever be grateful for the kindness, mateship, respect and effort that he provided to him and his entire (numerous) children and wife.

He was then under the care of Manjimup Palliative Care team whom will always hold a special place in our hearts and we could never find the words to thank them enough, Evelyn and Karen are amazingly strong, kind and compassionate. Their care was outstanding.

To the entire staff at Warren Health Service we want to thank you. We could not have asked for better care or more respect for our father, husband or for ourselves.

From the entire family, we would like to sincerely thank you all.
