"Care during my hospital stay"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

Staff have been very good during my stay. Staff have listened to and been respectful to me. Most of the time I have been happy about my stay. Only when one staff member says one thing and another staff member says another thing and this is confusing. 

I would praise the staff for the job they are doing considering the different types of problems they see.
