(as the patient),

The staff, nurses, doctors etc. are excellent, dedicated and efficient, showing genuine humanity and relating well to patients. 

Same old story, not enough staff, some equipment needs renewal or maintenance, standing aids are excellent, however toilet access needs some thought as toilet roll holders are in the way of seating flaps.

Food is fantastic and well up to restaurant quality and presentation. The prune containers at breakfast need an update, the juice squirts on opening.  

General comments, a good advertisement for the health system.
