(as the patient),

Recently I had my gastro endoscopy at Busselton Public Hospital. I had a very good experience with their service.  All nurses and doctors were very friendly, patient and attentive to their patients. Waiting time was short, and there was no pushing. I want to say thanks to all hospital staff, who were really professional and kind people.
