"Helpful and Friendly Aged Care Facility"

My parent was recently admitted to care at Regis Hornsby after deteriorating very quickly. We had never considered the fact that one day they might be living in an aged care facility. None of us were ready for this, however the staff we dealt with at Regis Hornsby were so helpful and friendly during our stressful time. We had approached a number of homes in a short space of time given the urgency to find assisted care. The staff really took the time to discuss the options available - the care they would receive including individual preferences. Nothing seems like it is is ever too much trouble at this facility.
