The Rehabilitation team at Yarra Ranges Health in Lilydale are incredible. They’re absolute angels! Jess (physio) and Katie (OT) have made my experience of rehab in a difficult situation one that wasn’t so bad after all.

Both Jess and Katie are so approachable and understanding which I really appreciate. Rather than dreading rehab, I have looked forward to seeing Jess and Katie. Jess has a sense of humour that has brightened my day every time I see her and pushed me to progress far more than I thought possible so soon.

They’re both very knowledgeable and have tailored our work together to consider my needs. The rapport I’ve built with Katie and Jess has meant that I’ve felt very supported throughout this process. Programs like NEG and Pilates have proved to be highly beneficial in practically assisting my rehabilitation, and I've been able to return to daily activities with far more functioning. I am so grateful for the care I have received while at Yarra Ranges Health. Thank you Jess and Katie for being such legends and going above and beyond!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience when receiving care and service with the rehabilitation team at Yarra Ranges Health in Lilydale.

It is clear that both Jess and Katie have made your experience so positive and supported you to being able to do more, return to your normal activities and in such a way that your views and opinions were respected. It's clear they use the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility in their care and it will be a great pleasure to share your comments with them both as well as their manager.
