My child was recently an inpatient at PCH. I cannot speak highly enough of every single staff member involved in their care. From the wonderful doctor in ED who held and entertained my child so that I could have something to eat, to the amazing ward nurses who were excellent, professional and very caring .... everyone made us feel like we were in the very safest of hands.

Well done PCH! I don’t ever want my child to end up back in hospital but if we did, we’d feel safe and comfortable coming to you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback regarding our Emergency Department at Perth Children’s Hospital.

The ED team are really committed to providing good care and experience. Earlier this year, during Patient Experience Week (April 22-26) we recognised this commitment with an award to the ED team for receiving the most compliments from families visiting Perth Children’s Hospital.

I am glad you were able to experience this in action.
