A great group of people. Management is wonderful and Enrolled Nurses (EN) and Registered Nurses are very helpful, a great team.
Most of the carers I saw didn't change their gloves after attending each resident. I spoke to an EN to let them know what the other carers are doing and after written communication to the management, the problem was solved. The EN took my concern very seriously - great outcome.
