"Injections in both eyes for macular disease"

I had both eyes injected recently and the doctor advised me there would be blood in the left eye and suggested that if questioned by anyone I could answer you should see the other person.

I found this comment unprofessional and not very empathetic. I have never had a problem prior to this and have found the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital staff and procedures to be very caring and professional. I now have my left eye full of blood - not very comfortable nor attractive.
