"Forgotten about"

About: Fullarton Private Hospital

(as the patient),

I was admitted to this hospital for 4 days. My room had no towels and no pillows on the bed. My specialist advised I was to be provided meals per tray in my room. The hospital forgot every breakfast, up to the last morning where, even though I asked for a low carb GF breakfast, once I realised they forgot my meal again, I complained and was provided with two slices of white bread and tea.

One lunch was provided, and one dinner. The rest just never got remembered. The doctor advised admission urine test was all clear. I never provided a urine sample. On the second to last day, after expressing concerns that I might have a UTI, I was finally given a container for a urine sample, which was left in my room. I finally took it to the nurse's station and enquired about the results the next morning. And yes, you guessed it. They lost the sample.

I feel this was appalling medical service to say the least.
