I feel the wait time at a Frankston Emergency is ridiculous unnecessary; the staff float around with no care at all, with people waiting stupid amounts of time for processing and procedures that could be done very quickly, when they could be sent home freeing up beds.
Having a child wait four hours or more until close to midnight for something that could be done in 10 minutes is disgraceful. I think the staff are very good at ignoring and looking the other way when passing your holding cell.
